By attending a pilgrimage held in conjunction with the National Eucharistic Congress, you are participating in a public event where photography and recording of audio and video may occur.  Your attendance at the event means that you consent, without compensation, to such recording media and its release, publication, exhibition, or reproduction to be used for news, streaming, webcasting or telecasting, promotional purposes, advertising, and on websites, including social media.  You further waive all rights you may have to any claims regarding the use of your image, likeness, and appearance in connection with any exhibition, streaming, webcasting, televising, or other publication of these images or recordings, regardless of the purpose or sponsor making these materials publicly available. All right, title, and interest in the photographs and recordings belongs solely to the National Eucharistic Congress to use in its sole discretion, including in whole, in part, or in composite or modified form.
